Beholder Obsession

Okay. So I've been a little on the wacky side when it comes to Beholders lately. I'm probably the only chick on this planet that thinks they're adorable and wish to have one as a pet. Yes, I know... anyone who knows what a Beholder is knows damn well they don't take kindly to even being CALLED a pet let alone submitting to actually being one. I don't know what it is. I think I have a thing for cycloptic creatures. I completely adore Suezos from the 'Monster Rancher' series as well... hmm.

Anywho, this was done completely with Micron inking pens. First time I ever shaded like this. The little cute Beholder was an afterthought... I was like, what if Beholders really did come in 'cute' versions???
